Join us in Negril, Jamaica for 5 nights and 6 days of IRIE life on Seven Mile beach. This retreat will show you how to slow down, choose peace, and be mindful of your surroundings. Especially when your surroundings are white sands and turquoise waters for miles. We are going to take a moment to connect to ourselves, Free your mind and body and follow through on those wishes. This area of Jamaica is like home to me and I cannot wait to show you simple, relaxed and invigorating peace. It's 420 week in Jamaica!
Among the most beautiful beaches, Seven Mile Beach in Negril is Jamaica's shining star! This area is especially known for the wide variety of food and easy access to it. The Powdery white sand, crystal clear water and loads of watersports and tour options set the tone for an experience at Seven Mile Beach
ITs an island thing.

Whats NOT Included
- Airfare to Montego Bay, Jamaica MBJ
- Transportation from outside airports such as Kingston. Please ensure you fly into Montego Bay Jamaica - Sangster International Airport.
- Lunch and Dinner is self-serve until the final Dinner. There are so many resturants, street carts and more, directly on Seven mile beach. You will have the opportunity to explore the entire area freely and try different varieties served. We will communicate via Whats App during the retreat for possible gatherings. We will purchase water at the local store on the first day.
- External Excursions and watersport activities (Bring your own snorkel gear if you have some)
- Blunts - Papers are the option in Jamaica. If you have a prefferance bring it! Bring no more than $100 in value.
