The Smoken Yoga Season is from May - September and has ended for 2024. We will see you at the SMOKEN YOGA RETREAT in JAMAICA! 

What is Smoken Yoga?

Dive into this enhanced flow with the ancient practice of Smudging (internally & externally) combined with Yoga. This class is for all practitioners including those who have never tried yoga or smudging. Herbs offer a ridiculous number of health benefits, even for people who aren't drawn to the spiritual aspects. For those that do wish to go beyond the superficial applications, Smoken yoga is both a very effective tools for spiritual growth, and the journey toward enlightenment. This class will also bring you relaxation as we set intentions and expand our minds.

Every class begins with a 30 minute social, which allows the group to settle into the non-judgmental environment with like-minded individuals. We experiment with our herbs through, seeping, smudging, smoking, infusion and digestion. Once we are submerged we engulf ourselves with the energy and get moving! We ask that you enter our space with an open mind and spirit. All organic herbs welcome!

The class and vendors are full of options for getting attuned with yourself.  While you are encouraged to BYOB we offer a array of opportunities to participate in the vibe outside of partaking. All are welcome!
