This retreat will include 1 sensory spa experience at the cove; including sweat lodge, scrubs, nature walks, cave experience and 1 excursion to The Blue hole.

We will have the opportunity to explore with Silent Meditation, Yoga, Kayaking, Sound bath, Herbal remedies, Psych Libins and more. Each opportunity is voluntary as we aim for you to do what you desire; No more No Less.

Natural Living Experience
The property is ready are you? With so much vegetation such as Hibiscus, lemon grass, lemon trees, banana, Moringa, and more! Creating your very own smudge bundle or tea from the garden becomes a daily routine. You will get in the rhythm first tin the morning up until the night sky and stars appear.
The Accommodations
Each Room is located directly on the cove. Every room has their own unique layout and features. This unique experience your room will be selected and curated for your experience. Each room comes with its own bathroom and access to outdoor kitchen for 24hr access to water, tea and coffee.
Your Time
Non- Mandatory classes will be provided by facility and team daily. While there will be downtime, you will have complete control over your experience. If you need to rest, please take this time to do so. If you need to move, jump on board the itenarary!
What's Not Included
Roundtrip Airline ticket to Montego Bay
Miscellaneous Items: Please bring everything you need as we are in a secluded space. Including: Snacks, Extra cash, Tabacco Product, Alcohol, shampoo and soaps. You will have the opportunity to shop day 1.
Personal consumption such as alcohol, psilocybin, and more are available on site. Please be responsible for your own process.
